I got the orders mixed up with the previous customer.

Each checkout must be closed using the 'Check' button on the control panel.
Please note that if the next customer places an order before the checkout, the order will be mixed up with the previous customer's order.

If the order has already been mixed up, please try the following steps.

  1. delete the new customer's order after you have identified it
  2. press 'Check' while only the previous order remains
  3. re-add the new customer's order (this can be done by the staff themselves by entering the relevant table number from the shop's Orders page).
